Stay Home Initiative by Baseballism
To help health care centers in need of PPE, Baseballism has launched its Stay Home initiative. The initiative is a collection of apparel in which all proceeds go to the purchasing of N95 masks.
Thus far Baseballism has raised $15,000 worth of N95 masks that will be donated to GetUsPPE.org for distribution as well as other non-profit channels.
Apparel can be purchased at www.baseballism.com
Baseballism is a lifestyle apparel brand fro Portland inspired by America’s Pastime. It currently is the industry leader in baseball lifestyle apparel and has 11 brick and mortar store locations nationwide.
“Perhaps no issue is more pressing for health care workers across the United States as they battle the novel coronavirus than the shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) to avoid contamination.
“Face masks, including N95 masks that provide more protection than loose-fitting surgical masks, are becoming scarcer, subject to increasing demand and even facing price gouging as local officials seek to bolster their stockpile through the private sector.”
